Eligibility & minimum requirements
- Valid business registration and retail operating license in your country.
- Minimum 1 year of retail operations (exceptions for newly registered franchise outlets).
- Demonstrated sales floor capacity or shelf space allocation for featured products.
- Ability to comply with food safety, labeling, and local consumer protection standards.
Documents we collect
- Business registration certificate and store license.
- Floor plan or store profile (showing shelf & category allocations).
- Sales turnover report (last 12 months) or audit confirmation.

- Declarations for UBOs, sanctions, and PEP screening.

- KYC & AML: Verification of entity and directors (to meet anti-money laundering norms).
- Retail compliance: Adherence to consumer protection laws, local food safety acts, and labeling rules.
- Traceability: Products must remain tagged with digital identifiers (SKU, batch, QR) for recalls and reporting.
- Anti-bribery & ethics: No facilitation fees; adherence to FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and local equivalents.
