This Shipping Policy outlines the timelines, logistics partners, and responsibilities associated with the dispatch and delivery of goods and digital services facilitated through our platform.

1. Domestic & International Shipping

For International Buyers: All export consignments are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies, freight-forwarding agencies, or international speed post (EMS) — depending on the nature of goods, destination country, and applicable trade agreements. Shipments may also be facilitated through our verified Territory Partners and Logistics Alliances as part of the Nile Spectra Global Trade Network.

For Domestic Buyers (Within India): Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier services or India Post Speed Post, based on product type, service category, and delivery location.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 16 – 30 days from the date of payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date mutually agreed upon during order confirmation.
  • For custom orders, tender-based transactions, or bulk procurements, the delivery schedule may vary and will be communicated explicitly at the time of contract execution.
  • All deliveries are subject to operational timelines and policies of the courier company, freight forwarder, or postal authorities involved.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery shall be made strictly to the address provided by the buyer at the time of registration or checkout on orion.nilespectra.com. Upon shipment, tracking details and delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID provided by the buyer. Delivery of digital services (such as subscription access, e-tender participation, or platform modules) will also be confirmed via email.

4. Liability & Limitations

  • NILE SPECTRA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by courier companies, postal services, or customs authorities.
  • Our obligation is limited to the timely handover of the consignment to the authorized logistics provider within the stipulated 16–30 days or as agreed in the trade contract.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon dispatch of goods.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges levied by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. All transactions will comply with relevant RBI, DGFT, and FEMA guidelines for cross-border trade.
