Eligibility & minimum requirements

  1. Verified business registration and export license (if required by your jurisdiction).
  2. Demonstrated production capacity (factory audit / ISO or equivalent certifications preferred).
  3. Minimum 2 years of export or domestic trading history (exceptions for startups with strong investor backing).
  4. Ability to provide commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and quality certifications for each shipment.

Financial eligibility (minimums & proofs)

  1. Turnover tiers (SME–friendly): Small: USD 60K+ (≈ ₹50 Lakhs) • Growing: USD 0.25M+ (≈ ₹2 Cr) • Established: USD 1M+ (≈ ₹8 Cr+).
  2. Solvency & liquidity: Positive net worth; current ratio ≥ 1.0 (preferred ≥ 1.2); no overdue secured debt.
  3. Bankability: Active current account; bank comfort letter (≤ 6 months) or sanctioned limits; trade credit insurance (if available).
  4. Proofs to upload (last 2 FYs unless noted): Audited financials or tax-filed statements; GST/VAT returns (where applicable); A/R & A/P aging; UBO declaration & org chart.
  5. Payment readiness (by deal): Ability to support LC/SBLC, DP/DA, CAD/escrow, or agreed advance terms.

  1. Company registration certificate and export license (where applicable).
  2. Factory audit report, ISO/quality certifications, or product test reports.
  3. Bank comfort letter or trade references (last 12 months).
  4. Product catalogs, HS codes, and technical datasheets for onboarding into our Product Datasheet Portal.
  5. Declarations for UBOs, sanctions, and PEP screening.

  1. KYC & AML: Verification of exporter entity, UBOs, and directors.
  2. Export controls: Ensure goods are not restricted under Wassenaar, ITAR, EU dual-use, or local export restrictions.
  3. Product compliance: CE, REACH, RoHS, FDA, BIS, CCC, SONCAP, SIRIM, etc. depending on product & market.
  4. Packaging & labeling: Must comply with destination country requirements (languages, safety marks, expiry dates, etc.).
