Exporters, manufacturers, distributors, importers, supermarket chains, and verified buyers can register. Registration is subject to KYC and compliance checks.
Do I need prior export experience to join?
No. New exporters are welcome. We provide onboarding guidance, product listing support, and trade compliance templates to help you get started.
How are buyers verified?
All buyers go through a verification process including trade licenses, business checks, and transaction history to ensure secure and genuine trade activity.
What documents are required during registration?
Basic KYC documents like business registration certificate, GST/VAT number, and identity proof of the authorized signatory are required. Additional documents may be requested depending on your region.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime from Starter → Growth → Enterprise. The balance amount will be adjusted according to your subscription cycle.
Is my subscription auto-renewed?
Yes. Subscriptions are recurring on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your choice. You will be notified before renewal, and you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
What payment methods are supported?
We support secure payments via Cashfree, credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI in India. For international users, payment gateways will be provided as per availability.
How does Nile Spectra handle compliance?
Nile Spectra™ is a facilitator. All legal procedures (export licenses, customs clearance, certifications) are regulated by registered partner agencies across countries.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. Refunds are processed as per our Cancellation & Refunds Policy available in the footer. Enterprise plan refunds are handled individually under SLA agreements.
What is included in Product Placement?
Your products are added to the global trade catalog where verified buyers and supermarket chains can discover, request, or place orders. Growth and Enterprise plans include premium placement options.
How do I participate in e-Bidding?
When a buyer posts a requirement, eligible exporters can submit bids during the bidding window. The best bid (based on price, compliance, and terms) is awarded the order.
Is support available?
Yes. Starter plans include email support. Growth plans include priority chat & email support. Enterprise accounts are assigned a dedicated account manager and premium SLA support.
